How MIA Apart began
I founded MIA Apart in 2019 out of a simple need — I wanted my guests to feel at home, not like they were in an anonymous hotel room. It all started with a single apartment in Warsaw. Today we have 18 properties in three different worlds — from the vibrant capital, through the Baltic cliffs, to the exotic Cabo Verde.
MIA stands for our approach: Miejsce, Inspiracja, Atmosfera (Place, Inspiration, Atmosphere). Every apartment is designed to inspire and give a sense of belonging. It is a family business built on a passion for interiors and travel.
A boutique approach, a homely feel
At MIA Apart we believe that staying in an apartment does not have to be just accommodation. It can be an experience. Each of our properties has its own character — from a modern loft in central Warsaw, through a cosy nest by the sea, to a tropical apartment with a pool on Cabo Verde.
We are not a chain. We have no reception desk, no uniforms. What we do have is an individual approach to every guest. Before arrival we ask about preferences, recommend restaurants, and arrange transfers. With us, a guest is a person, not a reservation number.
Every apartment is equipped as if we ourselves wanted to live in it — because that is precisely how we design them. Good coffee, a comfortable bed, fast WiFi, fresh towels. Simple things that make all the difference.
